pre-processing options

Hi All,
Does anybody happen to know how to get the pre-processing options if there
any to also output #define¹s as well, as I¹m getting a problem when moving
from gcc33 to gcc4, and a #define somewhere is causing a problem. And
presently default behavior for preprocessing is to resolve #define¹s.

As I'm getting a #define name clashing with a enum name, and this didn't
seem to cause any problems in gcc33.

Thanks
Mark.
