Call Java from Applescript using Xcode 2.2.1

  • Subject: Call Java from Applescript using Xcode 2.2.1

Hi Folks,

I am trying to call some Java code (a static method) from Applescript but try as I might I cannot figure out how to get it to work. I always get the following build warning (and although the code runs nothing happens when the call is made):

warning: no rule to process '$(PROJECT_DIR)/CallStatic.java'

The sample project that comes with the developer tools that does this works but its build settings are very different (i.e. not even close) from the build settings I have for my project. If anyone can tell me what the steps are that I would need to take to get this to work I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks, Brian Maher
