So interestingly removing $(LIBRARY_SEARCH_PATHS) from Library Search Paths solved the missing directory name issue. Also I hadn't been aware that adding a library to the project means that this configuration gets updated automatically, and removing the library does not so this way by adding and removing libraries you can end up with a very interesting Library Search Path configuration that doesn't have much to do with the current state of the project! With the (can I say rather stupid?) syntax of the g++ command line it seems like this could easily lead to having the wrong version of a library included. Should I file a bug about missing update of build configurations when removing libraries?

Oh and I was a bit sparse with the info about the directory name missing issue - it actually happened while running a 2.2 prerelease (IDE 631.0) on the DTK and to make things complicated origin of the project was final 2.2 on ppc. The missing cleanup issue can be demonstrated with final 2.2.

-L: directory name missing

When changing to the release configuration I ran into this error where a -L is added without a name following it. I also notice that directories of a couple of libraries that are no longer part of the project still appears in -L options. And no cleaning the target does not make it go away.

Any good ideas?

Carsten
