Often I cannot access the headers of compiled source files using the popup at top right.

I don't remember having this problem in previous versions of XCode.

Is this is known bug?

No, it isn't.  Please describe it more fully.

What version of Xcode?
What dialect of files (C, C++, ObC, ObC++, java, ?)
What is the failure mode? What happens? What doesn't happen? What did you expect?
Does it happen on all files in your project? All projects on that machine? All projects on any similarly-configured machine?

Chris
