What I've done when I need something like that is to delete the
individual build folders involved.

That takes time. A checkbox in an existing dlog is the right way to do this from a user standpoint.


If you want to trigger this from the UI, you could make a script
build phase that does that deletion.

I'd rather not mess up the project with targets that are otherwise useless.
