Thanks, it helps a lot. I Googled and found Chris Espinosa commenting on
this regarding differences between 2.1 and 2.2 versions of the Package
manager. I looked on my machine which is an upgrade install of XCode 2.2.1,
but I have version 2.1 of the Package Manager... Is this correct, or is
there somewhere I can get the 2.2 version of the Package Manager?
