XCode applying two different icons for a plugin

Hi

This is pretty minor, but XCode seems to arbitrarily apply two different icons to the same plugin. I haven't detected any repeatable pattern but sometimes it will build the plugin with one icon and sometimes a different icon. Has anyone else encountered this alternating icon "feature"? If so did you detect a pattern to when XCode chooses one or the other?
