Remote debugging not working after reboot

Hello,

OK, this is kind of ridiculous.  Every time I restart my local machine, remote debugging won't work.  I get the following error:

MyApp exited with status (255).  The Debugger is still running.  Use 'Restart' to debug again.

First thing, all I did was restart my machine.  Second, I made sure to remap my network volume so my build path is correct (using a networked build path).  Third, when it crashes, the debugger is NOT runnint and I can't use restart to debug again.  I see no reason for this to happen...is this a known issue?  In order to get remote debugging again I have to redo the remote debugging setup from scratch (because I can't find the problem).  Why is this happening?

Thanks,

Ryan
