Build option has no effect

Hi,

I'm using Xcode version 2.3 on a Dual 2.0 GHz G5 Powermac.
I have unchecked the Preferences Build Option called Continue building after errors. Xcode seems to ignore this and go right on building error after error. It doesn't seem to matter whether the Continue building after errors is checked or not, Xocde builds the entire project. I tried quitting and restarting Xcode with no luck. Is this option supposed to work? Is the option overwritten by another option someplace else? I vaguely remembering it working about a month ago, possibly on a different version of Xcode. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike
