File menu, Page Setup... sheet,
Scale: text-field
Enter 75%
Then your Courier-12 will scale to 75% of its size when printed, i.e.
Courier-9.
Because the Scale:75% "sticks" to the printer, not to the document, I
prefer to define a custom Preset under the Print... sheet. My approach is
to select landscape and then print 2-up. This scales to 50%, not 75%, but
my eyes aren't bad enough yet that it's a problem. YMMV.
Also, your options may vary depending on your printer.
