Interface Builder Text Validation

Hi,
In INTERFACE BUILDER is there a inbuild text box which accepts IP Address only?
Or if I can have four text fields with intelligence applied like:-
User cant enter more than three char in a text and fourth one "automagically" goes to the next box.

Would be great if there is some online tutorial on the same.
