Does Anyone Know Where There Might Be An Archive Of The X code Program?

Do you mean the Xcode (note: only one capital letter, no space) software, or the xcode-users mailing list?

The mailing list archive is at lists.apple.com. Look at the bottom of this message for the URL.

The software is available at http://connect.apple.com, with your (free) ADC membership. But it only goes back to Xcode 1.5 (for Mac OS X 10.3).
