Adding Tab to Segment View

Is there a way to insert a new tab in a specific location within a
segment view in IB for a Carbon app?

I can add one to the end by duplicating an existing tab, but I don't
see a way to either insert one in a specific location, or a way to
move a tab once after it's created.
