Previously I have been able to build my source with both CodeWarrior and Xcode, however now my CW project is defunct and I am hoping to find an equivalent setting in Xcode or gcc.

Is there an equivalent for CW's 'Undefined Macro in #if' in Xcode 2.3 / gcc 4.0 ?

From a quick glance it doesn't look like Xcode has a check box specifically for this. You might want to file a bug report to ask for one, but in the meantime you can add '-Wundef' to the "Other Warning Flags" setting.

Excellent, this appears to be exactly what I was after.
