I agree, I get hit by this all the time. Most of the time its when I
use cmd-b to build and change my mind and want to stop it so I hit
cmd-b again which is the "stop" shortcut too if you are currently
building. But then sometimes there is some latency that makes it so
Xcode gets the command once the build is finished so it starts a new
one. Annoying...
While we can edit which shortcuts is bound to which command I don't
think we can "split" those commands that toggle their meaning
depending on the current state of Xcode...
