Xcode 2.3 broke CPlusTest?

It seems that after upgrading to Xcode 2.3 I can't run more than one CPlusTest unit test at a time without crashing my app (in ~TestCase ()). Searching the archives I found another recent post about the same problem.

Is this confirmed as an Xcode/CPlusTest issue? Is there something I can do besides file a bug, cross my fingers, and wait until WWDC?
