Okay, I thought I had figured this out, but I haven't. How do I
easily add jars to my Java tool project and have them be included
automatically in the classpath when executing in the debugger?

How do I get JAR files that I've added to my project (everything
builds okay) to be included in the classpath when it executes
(particularly under the debugger)?
