1. I searched the Interface Builder Help (such as it is), for keyword
"palette" and did not find any documentation on creating and using Custom
Palettes. But I see that others have done it. Where is the documentation?
2. Following a clue in the list archives, I have installed a custom palette
in /Developer/Palettes, and it works. But my religion frowns upon
installing things in system directories. Is there are "user palettes"
directory somewhere which would be more appropriate?
