Does it work even in reasonably-sized projects? I had

I have a few large projects with hundreds (and hundreds) of source
files (often Objective-C++) and in general code sense works well for
me. It works well for Objective-C code and decently well with C++
code... we have some crazy C++ code that few can follow so I don't
blame Xcode on some of it :).
It appears to fail for me the most in relation to macro or if the code
I am has a syntax error (can't compile).
