I used CW for years before I knew about opt-tab, which I believed I
learned at MacHack a while back. Its invaluable!

Yeah, me too! I forgot to mention that one. :)

Actually, you can get Xcode to do an actual 'Find in Files' by open the
find window and clicking 'options' then setting it up so that it search
a folder. It's cumbersome compared to CW though.
