Building a Palette: Custom Palette (customized NSView) refuses to remain in a target app NSWindow

Greetings:
I was carefully following a palette tutorial by Big Nerd Ranch called 'Letter Display'.
I've just created the basic palette, not its inspector, yet.

I see the yellow rectangular palette (customized NSView) in the palette panel.

But when I try to slide it to a test host (Application.nib) window, the yellow customized NSView ("BigLetterView") slides BACK to its origin.

Note: The target window accepts a generic custom view from the palette.

1) Any clues as to why this would happen? _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored. Xcode-users mailing list (email@hidden) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: This email sent to email@hidden
