A lot of stuff. Rebuilding precompiled headers for example

My own tests have shown that using Xcode, the Intel Macs beat G5s to a pulp

Hi

I just got a MacBook Pro today and was in the process of testing everything out and found that XCode compiles MUCH slower than the same project on my old 1.67 ghz Powerbook. The Powerbook is more than 3 times faster than the MacBook Pro in side by side compilation of the same project. What could be causing this?

Thanks
