XCode 2.3 internal error upon opening project

I've just upgraded to XCode 2.3 and upon opening one of my projects
xcode tells me that the following internal error has occurred

and then

decl count is 144315, should be 144314
And continues on in similar fashion. No matter how many times I click
continue I get another similar error. This only seems to occur on one
of my projects. From the error I'd guess its something to do with the
project indexing (perhaps deleting some sort of cache)? If i turn off
indexing in the prefs then I can open the project, but I obviously
lose the benefits of indexing.
Anyone have an idea about what might be wrong with my project ?
