Debug Symbols in Shark

  • Subject: Debug Symbols in Shark

I have been using Shark for some weeks for profiling a dynamic library
(plugin) that I am developing with XCode. I have another executable (also
developed in XCode) that receives the path to the dll as an argument,
loads it... I can debug everything and until two days ago I could also use
Shark.

But now, I am having the problem that Shark cannot find the debug symbols
for the library. I simply get "Unknown library" where the symbols for the
plugin should be.

I am pretty sure that I have debug symbols everywhere
because I can debug and I have made sure there is no code stripping,
etc.. As a matter of fact, Shark can't even find symbols on the
Development version.

And I also installed the newest Shark 4.3 so at this point I don't know
what else to try.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
