Just to close the thread: I concluded that Shark is unusable in this
configuration (i.e. profiling dynamically link libraries) so I had to
add a "profiling" target which links everything statically. It's not
exactly the same but at least Shark runs smoothly in any configuration
(Development or Deployment).
