I have a problem building on both a Core Duo and PowerPC (G5) machine (Xcode 2.2.1, with a doc update). If I try to build a universal binary, with 'ppc64' as one of the architectures, the link phase fails (link line pasted below). The same configuration works on PowerPC.

A couple of questions to start off with:

What frameworks and libraries are you linking against?

Just libSystem. It's a pretty simple C program.

Do you have Fix & Continue or ZeroLink turned on?

Yes, and yes. I tried with these both turned off, and the build succeeded.

Does this mean bug, or "don't do that"?

Good call; thanks!

Justin
