I doubt you can. There's nothing special about projects created in the
various ways, they're just templates which set up some files and
targets etc for you in a convenient fashion. You can always start with
an empty project and build up from there. Why does it matter?

Why are you trying to re-create the project from scratch? You can open
Xcode 1.5 project files in Xcode 2.0. Also, note that the current
version of Xcode is 2.2, and is available as a free download from
http://connect.apple.com
