viewing pages in documentation

Whenever I choose "Find Selected Text in API Reference" from the Help menu, the page that opens is already scrolled slightly so that the "Show TOC" icon isn't visible. I'd really like the page that's shown to appear starting at its top; is this bug or have I screwed something up?
