svn ssh banner problem
svn ssh banner problem

I am having trouble using Xcode with a svn repository over ssh. I
have everything setup correctly with my ssh keys so I don't have to
type in my password, but I am having issues with the ssh banner that
my lab uses. Somehow, Xcode is incorrectly capturing the banner
(which is a result of any external connection into a computer in our
lab) and interpreting it as part of any SCM operation that
communicates with the svn repository. As an example, here is a
screenshot from FileMerge when I did SCM -> Compare With -> Latest

You see the ssh banner (repeated twice) near the top of what Xcode
thinks the version in the repository looks like. Why does this
happen? The obvious solution is to change my $HOME/.subversion/
config file and add the -q argument to ssh, but this seems like an
Xcode bug and not a configuration issue.
Thanks,
