Hi Eric,
I figured out you can do relative to executable, then you can make
directory to be let say: ../MySubdirectory and suddenly the Bundle looks
like this:
foo.app/
Contents/
MacOS/
foo
MySubdirectory/
someFile

I'm not sure what you mean by "I must specify full path to
all files that need to be copied and the destination." Once you add
the copy files phase, you can simply drag-and-drop files into it that
are already located in the Groups & Files panel.

Looks like copy files phase can do it, but is there any automated way to
do this? I mean with the copy files phase, I must specify full path to
all files that need to be copied and the destination. What I would
really like is similar behavior to what Resources does right now. If I
add resources to the source, they will automatically get copied to
Resources subdirectory of the bundle. Is there any similar way to copy
to any other subdirectory of the bundle?
