I'd guess you're actually building for 10.4. Don't forget that this can be set at either the project or target level.

Do I have to set them both? Or if I set one, will the other be set?

You'll need to post more from your build transcript to diagnose this.

And how would I get this transcript? Is there a menu option? Is it displayed in a window I can copy from?
