Note the text at the bottom of the info window when you select this option, notably the compiler flag (-fobjc-call-cxx-cdtors). Open the documentation window, and do a full-text search for -fobjc-call-cxx-cdtors. Click the first hit, and do a Find in the page for -fobjc-call-cxx-cdtors.
