I'm developing a command-line tool totally written in C, but I was thinkng if it's possible to include into my project a shell application to use it with my C program. (Just to have one file only at the end)!

I'm not sure what you consider the difference between a "shell application" and a "command-line tool."

If you're creating an application (".app") bundle, you can put anything, including command-line tools, into that bundle for the application to use.
