I am running a c++ tool in the gdb.  My code requires input from the user.  I call up console, and the prompt is correctly displayed, but the console refuses to take the input, how do I fix this?

Debug > Standard I/O Log.  The pipe for console input to the app is in a separate window from the console for manipulating gdb.
