Pulling a list of public/private/project headers from the project file for use with HeaderDoc

I'm using HeaderDoc to generate documentation for a framework. At the moment I'm just giving it *.h and so forth blindly, but ideally I'd like to pass it the exact list of public headers in the project. I'm not familiar with any of the Xcode internals or file formats; is there a relatively trivial way to obtain such a list on the command line?
