One major pet peeve of mine regarding XCode 2.3 is the project file name change.

It's really annoying and doesn't serve much purpose. We'll end up with a bunch of dead project files in CVS and a bunch of new project files copies that have no change logs. And that's besides the fact we'll have to reset all of the project dependency links.

GAH!

That sucks.

Could you explain? There's no project file name change in 2.3 over 2.2.1, 2.2, or 2.1.  The project file name change occurred with the move from Xcode 2.0 last year.
