No, I haven't, because it sounds like this would prevent me from knowing that the project wasn't saved when I really did make changes to it. Besides, it's a hack that I and everyone else here would have to set on all their machines, and then remember to turn it off on all machines when a version of Xcode is finally released that fixes the bug in the first place.
