Wouldn't A4A be more consistent?

Gestalt had this problem, so they fixed it for 10.4 to have a new bunch of selectors. I am looking forward to 10.4.10.


For reference, the selectors are:

gestaltSystemVersionMajor
gestaltSystemVersionMinor
gestaltSystemVersionBugFix
