I've tried to reproduce your shark behaviour monitoring a my application. I've received the same message pressing stop "leaving alone" my application. Otherwise if, during the monitoring and before to to press stop, I interact in some way with my application (pressing a button or selecting a checK box), I'm able to take the samples and the correct profile

That must have been it. Bizarre, I was sure that I used to have that behaviour even while interacting, but it looks like the upgrade actually fixed it. Sorry for contributing in a negative way to the signal-to-noise ratio...
