I was wondering if people had seen the following bugs:

In the "run log" sometimes the text portion of the window gets buried under the menu bar so that I can't see the top 4-5 lines of text, and the top of the scrollbar goes missing as well. I've been able to fix this by deleting the .pbxuser file inside the project. This has also happened with the debugger window, obscuring the top level of the stack.

This is a known and occasional bug that we haven't been able to track down yet. On some systems it's associated with changing the screen geomerty, or moving the project between systems with different screen sizes.  You have found the correct workaround.

When I do a project level find, the results don't appear in that window but instead appear in place of the file listing (the pane just above the text editor pane) in the main Xcode window. I haven't been able to fix this. It happened in 2.4.0 and didn't go away with 2.4.1.

What's the setting of the "Show Results in Smartgroup" checkbox?  Try unchecking it.
