plist warnings on old project

I have an old-ish Xcode/PB project (circa 2003) that I recently brought up in XCode 2.4.1 and built. Unfortunately, while the app basically runs okay, I"m getting the following disturbing warnings in the console at startup:

I get this on several machines running the app, so I don't think it's some sort of corrupted system file. Any way I can trap on this and figure out what's going on?
