This bug has annoyed me for quite some time, as it makes my Doxygen comments look ugly... The only workarounds are:

- turn off auto-indenting

- leave auto-indenting on but manual override it and then be very careful not to undertake any actions which will trigger an automatic re-indent

I've filed a Radar about this and you should too.
