I have a simple xcode question (I think...)

I wrote an carbon application in xcode and I want to
change its exteension from myApp.app to myApp.pkg

I basically want my Mac to recognize it as a package.

Which of the build option should i modify?
I've tried with: executable prefix, executable
extension, wrapper extension - but no luck...

I imagine the only way to do this would be using a shell script build phase at the end of the build, but the question is, why on earth would you want to do such a thing? I don't know what you're objectives are, but I doubt that your users will appreciate you trying to camouflage an application as something else...
