Or copy (as a temporary thing for testing) the CHUD framework from /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks to under the 10.4u SDK if you really need to use the 10.4u SDK. Just don't forget you did this and that the framework isn't really part of the SDK (don't expect it on the end users system).
