Images from PB to IB

Hi,

I've got a problem that some others seem to also have. But it seems that no solution where found.

I've got a image (.tiff and .tif) in my project directory. it is included in the project itself. it is listed in a copy phase from the (only one) target.
When I double click on the main menu nib, the image is not present in the nib's image tab.
I tried to close everything an boot again but had no joy.

Any idea would be appreciated.
