I haven't read through this thread *thoroughly*, but I get the feeling I agree with that Larry is talking about. Possibly. I'll add my 2¢ about the command-double-click menu: Find More… is not a very good way to deal with lots of entries. Our portable command hierarchy has hundreds of subclasses. Almost all of them override at least 2 methods in the base class. Command-double-clicking on one of those methods produces a menu with a maximum of 20 items, plus a Find More… item at the bottom that causes the Project Find window to come up, set the type to Definitions, and does a search. It goes from a fast and easy-to-read menu (just like CW did) to a slow and hard-to-glance- through search result (more akin to what Visual Studio does - ICK!). Why not just put all the known definitions for the clicked symbol into the menu no matter how many there are? Sure would make coding a lot more fun, and faster.
