I don't think it would be easy. I do think it's important.

I think the point several people have tried to make is that Radar is
good for specific bug reports, but not for larger issues. Hopefully
Apple can accept other forms of input too? I'm just thinking what OUR
users would say if we only gave them one way to complain, or send
suggestions. We try to provide as many feedback channels as
possible--bug report form, tech call logs, classes, bulletin board.
Listening to users is a lot cheaper than hiring consultants to say the
same thing.

Well, right now I'm the only programmer. I'm hoping that a little
complaining now will result in changes that might give me 1% extra
productivity in 6-12 months, when I actually have to start learning &
using XCode. That would be decent payback for the time spent now. But
thanks for the advice.
