I use source trees. They work pretty well. One thing I've noticed
though, if you add a new source tree or change its path (I forget which)
you need to quit and relaunch Xcode for it to appear elsewhere in the UI.
As for your problem, my source tree relative files do not show up that
way. For example, a file 'nd_loop.h' shows like so in the Info window:
Path: include/nd_loop.h
Full path: /Users/sean/RogueSVNWorkingCopy/3rdParty/MINC/trunk/Debug/
include/nd_loop.h
Path Type: Relative to MINC
"MINC" is a source tree.
Hopefully this info might help you a little...
