The IntelliJ IDEA Java IDE automatically plucks comments with
certain "TODO" patterns and then presents them in a window (and in
the sidebar). I believe Eclipse also has this, too. A very nice
feature that I would welcome in Xcode. Maybe it can integrate with
the new Mail TODO feature in Leopard. :)
As does Visual Studio.
