My guess is that the password is not getting saved in the project file, as it is locked. ( this is expected for perforce).

If this doesn't work then you might want to delete the key chain entry for perforce and start from there.

Doing this has fixed the problem. I never would've thought about looking there for a password that looks to be stored in something specific to Xcode. Thanks!
